The Elks have a long proud tradition of giving back to our nation's veterans. The Louisville Elks Lodge # 8 Scholarship Trust Fund will award a $1000 Veterans Victory Scholarship opportunity to students whose parent or grandparent served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
